Release Date: 2007
Album Number: 6

Review is based on only listening to the album once. I am not some one who is a professional.

Review: I was never that big of "The White Stripe" but one of my friends showed me a song by them (not on this album). After listening to that song I thought maybe I was wrong about this band. So let me try out an album by them. And for some reason I pick this album at random.

This album really grabbed my attentiontrack, And kept it. I didn't get bored with this album. This was a gret listen to. And I hope that I will listen more by them in the future

Favorite Songs: I really couldn't select any. Just listen to the whole album

Why addiction is good and bad?

No I am not talking about addiction to a drug or anything like that. I am talking about being addicted to video games. Right now the game that I am playing the most is Fallout: New Vegas. And I have already burned 8 hours today on my PC version of the game. The is not including my Playstation version of the game. And the only reason I am playing on my PC is because I lost my Playstayion copy.

What is bad about this is that 8 hours of my day went by were I was pretty much alone but at the same time I didn't care. After I played the game I felt like I did something. I reach a goal on the game and it felt good.

A lot of people say that video games are just a waste of time. But people use video games to let out the anger or escape the shitty world around them. I know that I do this sometimes.

But do you think that playing video games for a long period of time is bad or good for you?

Never Google Yourself

So I did what I think a lot of people do when they get bored. I googled myself. Thinking I would see my Facebook or Twitter pop up some where. I was wrong. Turns out my name "David Russ" is pretty common. And I learn that I should never google myself again.

Turns out there is a man named David Byron Russ. Age: 47. Who went into a middle-aged woman's house, hog-tied her and strangles her on the bathroom floor. As bad as that is, it sorta gets worse. He was waiting for her to leave then he went into her house. He then showered, prepared food, washed some dishes, and packed up her valuables. He killed her for no reason.

It would be a long read to read about what happened in the trail. But I do know he did want to death penalty.

One Time Listen Through: Scream Bloody Gore by Death

Band: Death
Album: Scream Bloody Gore
Release: May 1987
Genre: Death Metal
Number of Tracks: 10
Length: 37:51

Review is based on only listening to the album once. I am not some one who is a professional. Just a lover of Hard Rock/Metal

Review: This is the "First true Death Metal album" and the bands first album. I love the rawness of this album. Something about the older band'a first album. They all had this rawness feel to it that is not for posers. This is just a great Metal album in general. And I am hoping that I will have time to listen to more of this band.
Overall this album is fast, in your face and brutal. If you are a fan of Death Metal and haven't listen to this album then you are really missing out.

Favorite songs: Zombie Ritual, Mutilation, Regurgitated Guts, Baptized I'm Blood, Torn to Pieces, Evil Dead, Scream Bloody Gore

Death from Above: part 1

His son starts off the school day like he always does. Wakes up from his alarm clock that he eventually turns off which would cause him to go in and wake up his son. Almost having to drag him out of bed. His son walks slowly over to the bathroom were he brushes his teeth, up and down, up and down. Brushes his teeth is something that he sometimes doesn't do, because mouth wash works so much better and quicker in his mind. But today he was going to ask out his crush. And he need to look his best and feel his best.

After brushing his teeth he walks over and pulls out a red polo shirt that he only uses for fancy occasion. And a pair of khaki shorts. Trying to look the best he can. He found out that he better he thinks he looks the more confidence he will have in his self. He walks down stairs where a full blown breakfast is waiting for him: eggs, bacon, pancakes, and toast. Everything that he likes to eat.

After eating his breakfast he notices that he only has a couple of minutes to get to the bus. He runs and grabs his book bag and off to the bus stop he goes. Walking to the bus stop he puts on his head phones and listen to music. He does this so it will clam his nerves. As he arrives to the bus stop he notice that non of his friends are there. Nor anyone that goes to his school. He wonders if the bus already came. But he could see the bus driving forward to come pick him up and sees that he friends were behind him walking to the bus stop.

A smile goes on his face knowing that he didn't miss the bus. His day was not ruined. Then he falls to the ground. Blood running from his head. Moving slowly down the side walk. The bus driver stops the and opens the doors. She notices the blood and runs out of the bus. She can see that he is not breathing. Acting fast she calls 9-1-1 and tells them what happen. They are on the way. But it's too late. This was going to be his perfect day.

Movie Review: Ride Along

This is just a small review. I will give out on important plot details. I am not a professional. Just a movie lover.

What I liked:
Kevin Hart
The action (With Kevin Hart)

What I didn't like.
The plot
Other actors

Kevin Hart was the one reson that I liked this movie. It felt like with out him the movie would be just awful. It was the same recycled plot from other comedy cop movies.

I have the right to change my view of this movie at any time.

Eating Alone... A Good Thing to Do

A lot of people think that eating alone is sad and will make you feel like an outcast. Untrue. Eating alone is most of the time the best thing to do for yourself. Think about it... You don't have to hold a conversation with anyone. You don't have to change your plans because some one else wants to do something you don't want to do.
And you get to people watch. With the so much fun. You can make different background stories for different people. Like the couple that is sitting two tables down from me. They are really in an argument about something. But I really can't here it. So I can make up that he cheated on her and now she is pissed off. Or something like she doesn't want to go to his parents this weekend. It is what ever you want it to be.
And it is so peace. You can eat at your own speed. And enjoy your food and everything around.
Accept the challenge of eating by yourself. You will enjoy it.

One Time Listen Through: Can't Get There From Here by Great White

Artist: Great White
Album: Can't get there from Here
Release Date: July 1999
Genre: Hard Rock
Length: 51:45

Review is based on listen to the album only once. I am not some one who is a professional. Just a lover of Hard Rock/Heavy Metal

Review:
I have never been that big of a Great White fan. But this album almost makes me want to listen to the rest of their music. Almost. It has a few good songs on the album (Rollin' Stone is my favorite), but I feel there is something lacking in a lot of these songs. But at the same time there are some pretty good songs that give this album some strength. But if you are starting to get into Great White I would say start with there stuff in the 80's and work your way forward.
I don't believe I gave one song a 5 star rating. But not saying that the songs are bad. Just saying that it could have been better.

Starting off on a Bad note.

WARNING:

So I am starting this blog off with a bad note... I just got my first ever driving ticket. I know it doesn't sound that bad but I used to be able to tell people I have never gotten a ticket before in my life. But now I can't do that any more. And I believe I know why I was given that ticket. No it wasn't because I ran that stop sign. It was because last week I had to do a background check and it came up clean. In fact it came up too clean. How do I know?
